doug landrum, Ph.D.

Doug serves as the Executive Director of Catalyst Missions. He is married with three sons. He also serves as the pastor of a church in Memphis, Comunidad en Cristo.  His ministry passions are ethnic church planting and indigenous leader training.

Andy hynes, ph.d.

Andy serves as the Director of International Ministries for Catalyst Missions. He is married with two sons. He helps lead the international ministry for indigenous pastor training and trains in various contexts in the United States and abroad. 

Ginny porter

Ginny serves as the Women's Discipleship Coordinator for Catalyst Missions. She is married with three adult children. She has developed discipleship material for women that follows the model of Jesus, leading women from spiritual death to multiplication by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Bryan lindley

Bryan serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development for Catalyst Missions. He is married with three sons. Bryan graduated with a M.Div from Southern Seminary. He helps lead the Catalyst Missions training in SouthEast Asia, where he and his wife have traveled over half a dozen times.
