Doug Landrum, Ph.d.

Doug Landrum serves as the Executive Director of Catalyst Missions. He is married with three sons. He also serves as the pastor of a bilingual church in Memphis, Comunidad en Cristo.  His ministry passions are ethnic church planting and indigenous leader training.

Andy Hynes, Ph.d.

Andy Hynes serves as the Director of International Ministries for Catalyst Missions. He is married with two sons. He helps lead the international ministry for indigenous pastor training and trains in various contexts in the United States and abroad.

Ginny Porter

Ginny Porter serves as the Women's Discipleship Coordinator for Catalyst Missions. She is married with three adult children. She has developed biblically saturated discipleship material for women that follows the model of Jesus. Taking  someone from spiritually dead to a spiritual parent by the power of the Holy Spirit according to 2 Timothy 2:2.

Nilson M. chavez

Rev. Nilson Mendoza Chavez serves as the Bolivia National Project Coordinator for Catalyst Missions. He is married with four daughters. From the Beni Department, Bolivia, pastor Nilson is passionate for the training, equipping, and sending of Bolivian missionaries and church planters as well as the establishing of national churches.

Nasser Kajou

Rev. Nasser Kajou serves as the Nubian National Project Coordinator for Catalyst Missions. He is married with one son. From the Nuba Mountains, pastor Nasser has an apostolic gift for planting churches among his own people. With a desire to reach the 3 million+ Nubians residing in the Nuba mountains, pastor Nasser is a modern-day Paul.
